Our goose menu
From 11 November 2025, we will once again be serving our lovingly prepared traditional goose menu at the Birkenhof restaurant in Hanau-Steinheim. Enjoy crispy roast goose with classic side dishes and homemade goose rillettes with fresh bread as a starter.
Our menu can be flexibly adapted: you can cancel individual courses or enjoy a smaller version of the menu. On request, we can recommend a wine that pairs perfectly with the goose.
For corporate or private Christmas parties, we are happy to put together an individual goose menu according to your wishes. Reserve your table in good time and look forward to the incomparable taste of Birkenhof goose.
