The "First" Vino Novello 2006 from Italy, paired with dishes selected by our chef.


Available again from the second week of November:

Vino Novello – the first red wine of the new vintage

Young, fresh, and exceptionally fruity—this is the best way to describe this high-quality young wine. Similar to Beaujolais Primeur, this young wine is released immediately after fermentation is complete.

Grape varieties:

A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting notes:

Bouquet of forest berries, stone fruits, and cassis. On the palate, it is characterized by a fresh acidity, which repeats the fruity character of the bouquet.

Sommelier's recommendation:

A wonderful drinking wine that provides pleasure both on its own and as a companion to a autumnal snack.
