Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. onwards, and check-out is requested by 11:30 a.m. at the latest.

Early check-in before 12:00 noon or late check-out until 6:00 pm: additional €40

Late arrival is possible by prior arrangement; please inform us in good time. We will be happy to note this in your booking and discuss the further procedure with you personally.

Yes, we offer early check-in and late check-out subject to availability for a small additional charge.

If you would like to check in earlier, we charge €40 for early check-in before 12 noon. You are also welcome to extend your stay until 6 p.m., subject to availability, for a small fee of €40. If you would like to stay until the late evening hours without staying overnight, we charge our daily rate excluding breakfast after 6 p.m.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to start your stay earlier or end it later.

We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and cash payments.

For business stays, you are also welcome to send us a cost transfer form and we will issue an invoice after your stay, which we will then conveniently send to you electronically.

The city centre of Hanau can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

All of our rooms are equipped with minibars. Additional beverages are also available at the Maxibar in the lobby at reception.

Upon request, we will gladly provide you with bathrobes and slippers for a small additional charge.

Yes, dogs are welcome here on request! At our dog-friendly hotel in Hanau, we charge a cleaning fee of €10 per day per dog. Please note that this fee does not include dog food, dog blankets or similar items. Your dog will probably prefer to use its own things.

 We kindly ask you to note that dogs are not allowed to sleep on the hotel beds, even if they are used to doing so at home. Unfortunately, our experience has shown that dog hair cannot be completely removed from the bed linen. We want to ensure that subsequent guests with animal hair allergies are not affected. Therefore, in such cases, we unfortunately have to dispose of the bedding and charge you for it. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

 Your dog is of course welcome to accompany you to our restaurant area, so you can take them with you for breakfast or dinner. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times throughout the indoor and outdoor areas of our dog-friendly hotel.

Yes, we offer free high-speed WiFi throughout the entire building. You can also log in with multiple devices at the same time without restriction.

Some of our rooms have air conditioning, which you can book for a small additional charge of €5 per night. Please enquire when booking.

Yes, we offer a fast laundry service for a fee.

Items can be dropped off daily from Monday to Saturday by 9 a.m. at reception or with housekeeping, and you will receive your freshly laundered items by 6 p.m. on the same day. 

We accept no liability for shrinkage, colour loss, buttons, zips, etc.

 By bus

1. Departure from Hanau Central Station:

   • Take bus line 4 or bus line 12 towards Steinheim.
   • The journey to the Albrecht-Dürer-Straße or Darmstädter Straße stop takes about 10 minutes.
   • From there, it is about a 5-minute walk to the hotel at Von-Eiff-Straße 37.

         Please note: Depending on the time of day, buses may run every 30–40 minutes. 

2. Alternative route via Freiheitsplatz:
   • Take one of the above bus routes to Freiheitsplatz.
   • There, change to bus line 4 or 12 towards Steinheim.
   • Alight at the Albrecht-Dürer-Straße or Darmstädter Straße stop.
   • Then walk approx. 5 minutes to the hotel.

 Arriving by S-Bahn

1. Departure from Hanau main station:

   • Take the S-Bahn line S8 or S9 towards Steinheim.
   • Then continue by bus as described above. 

         Note: Depending on the time of day, buses may run every 30–40 minutes. 

 By taxi

For a more comfortable and direct journey, the hotel recommends taking a taxi, especially as you may have to change buses. Taxis are usually available at Hanau Central Station.

Yes, our guests have access to numerous parking spaces directly at the hotel in the hotel's own car park, as well as our free underground car park.

Yes, our restaurant offers regional specialities and seasonal dishes. Of course, we also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Monday to Thursday and Saturday: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Sunday: 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
