Gold medal goes to the Birkenhof in Hanau

Once again this year, the international culinary art show at the HOGA trade fair in Nuremberg was looking for chefs on their way to becoming culinary art elites.

 

Young chef Claudia Hain from the 4-star Hotel & Restaurant Birkenhof in Hanau-Steinheim competed on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 in Group E for young chefs against numerous competitors from Germany and abroad. The competition is all about the perfect production and presentation of food. The 21-year-old proved her creativity and professional skills for the second time with a 3-course menu and 3 different main courses using regional ingredients. The hotel would like to express its great praise and thanks to its employee for the gastronomic award and the great performance associated with it. Last but not least, the guests of the Birkenhof can benefit from the many impressions and suggestions she has gained.
