More than just coffee

Definition:

Coffee (türk. kahve aus arab. qahwa „stimulative drink") is a black hot drink with caffeine, which is made of roasted and grinded coffee beans. The degrees of roasting and grinding vary according to preparation. Coffee contains the vitamin Niacin.

 
Possible developement:

Next to an monastery in Yemen at the Red Sea a goatherd wondered, that his flock jumped around happily in the middle of the night so he couldn't go to sleep. He watched them closely and realized that the animals were nibbling at the red and green fruits of some bush. He told the monks of the monastery this discovery, who dried the berries, pound them to powder and poured it into hot water. They tried the result and enjoyed the first coffee.
