Our so called good soul of the house. She lives for the hotel and her guests. She already starts off her working day at 5 o' clock in the morning! She emphasizes on the well-being of the guests and applies every detail. She never forgets the special requests of her guests.

Busy as managing associate, facility manager, IT-leader and with lots of other duties and responsibilities (that just seem to pop out of the woodworks right, left and centre at the hotel), Mr. Fichtner junior acts in "personal union" in nearly every domain. He has been working in the parental company for more than ten years now and will lead the hotel Birkenhof into future on basis of the enlargement in 2003/04.
